Built in 1926, the Schooner Adventure is a historic tall ship and sailing vessel measuring nearly 122 feet in length and nearly 25 feet in breadth. Nicknamed "Queen of the Windjammers," she has been preserved and restored for tours and occasional public cruises and helps demonstrate the importance of the fishing industry in America. The Adventure lies docked along the downtown waterfront, next to the Gloucester Marine Terminal.
